Our commitment

We want every Prose Audit edit to be worth the investment. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right.

7-day guarantee — one-time purchases

If you purchase a Copy Pass ($19) or FULL AUDIT ($39) and have not downloaded or exported the edited document, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Once the edited document has been downloaded or exported, refunds are not available, but you remain covered by our re-edit option below.

We may ask for brief feedback to help us improve, but this is not required to receive a refund before download.

Re-edit option

If a specific aspect of the edit did not meet the standard described — for example, if suggestions appear to violate your Voice DNA — we will re-run the edit at no charge. This applies whether or not the document has been downloaded.

Pro subscription cancellations

Cancel your Pro subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a current subscription period, except where a technical fault on our part prevented you from using the service.

Free sample edits

Free sample edits are provided free of charge and are not subject to refund or dispute.

Email hello@page1publishing.com with your order details. We process refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.
